By registering with PinToof Group, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PinToof Legal And Technological Private Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using PinToof Group MLM System, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be a citizen or legal resident of India
- You may only maintain one account per person
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
3. Registration & Joining Fee
Membership requires a one-time joining fee of ₹1,999. This fee is non-refundable once your account is activated by admin and commissions have been distributed. Registration is subject to admin verification and activation.
4. Commission & Income
- Commissions are earned as per the 5-level plan described on the Income Plan page
- Level 1: 10%, Level 2: 5%, Level 3: 3%, Level 4: 2%, Level 5: 1%
- Commissions are credited to income wallet upon eligible member activation
- Your account must be Active to earn commissions
- PinToof Group reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice
- TDS will be deducted as per applicable Indian tax laws
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
- KYC verification is mandatory before first withdrawal
- Withdrawals are processed within 3-7 business days
- Payment via UPI or bank transfer only
- Admin retains the right to hold withdrawals for verification
6. Prohibited Activities
Members must not engage in:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or making false claims about the company
- Spam, harassment, or unsolicited promotional messages
- Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities
- Any activity that violates Indian law
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
7. Account Suspension & Termination
PinToof Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or at admin discretion. Earned but unprocessed commissions will be reviewed before termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
PinToof Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Income is not guaranteed and depends on your network growth efforts.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. All operations comply with applicable MLM regulations.
