Refund Policy

1. Joining Fee — Non-Refundable

The one-time joining fee of ₹1,999 is non-refundable once your account is activated by admin and joining commissions have been distributed to your upline network.

2. 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period

A refund may be considered within 24 hours of payment only if:

• Your account has NOT been activated yet
• No commissions have been distributed to your upline
• You submit a written refund request to info@pintoofgroup.in
• The request includes your User ID, name, and reason for refund

Cooling-off refunds are processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

3. Service Fees

Fees for services (website development, loan processing, legal, construction, consultancy) are governed by individual service agreements. Refunds for services may be requested within 7 days if the service has not been initiated. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available.

4. Wallet Balance

Income wallet balances representing earned commissions are not refundable in cash directly. They can be transferred to your withdraw wallet and then withdrawn as per the standard withdrawal policy (minimum ₹500, 3-7 business days processing).

5. Rejected Withdrawals

If a withdrawal request is rejected by admin, the amount is automatically refunded to your withdraw wallet within 24 hours. You can then re-submit a corrected withdrawal request.
